In the afternoon of the 9th, I flew to Darwin.
The backpackers I stayed in was cheap but strange: It was full of job-searching Irishmen and the room stunk. But I still had a good time, mostly because I could really relax for the first time since Perth. It struck me how much I saw in the past month...
Therefore, I didn't do much in Darwin. I explored the city, went to a market, to a Chinese Temple and to WW2 oil storage tunnels. But the best thing I did in my 5 days in Darwin: A trip to Litchfield National Park.
