On the 22nd of March, Terry took me on another great trip. This time, we went to Moore River and Yanchep National Park.
Left side: the almost-fresh Moore river. Right side: the sea.
Desert-ish landscape between Moore River and Yanchep... (I shall see more of that on the Indian Pacific.)
This is the Yanchep National Park. Because it's one of the driest summers, the "Loch McNess"-lake is covered by mud.
It still looked lovely.
Two kangaroos. As you can see.
Black cockatoos, an endangered species.
A koala using a bench as a hammock. I love these lazy creatures!
A koala in the trees. Sleeping. High on eucalyptus!
